How does the pricing work?
Inflatables are rented out foran 6 hour maximum. A $50 deposit is required to hold your date, time and item. Balance due before items are released to customer.
We accept cash, checks, money orders and all major credit cards.
What about delivery and set up?
When renting an inflatable, our delivery, set up and tear down services are free of charge up to 25 miles from zip code 22192. That covers most of the Northern VA area.
Let us know the starting and ending time of your event and leave the rest to us.
Set up takes approx. 35 minutes and tear down 20-35 minutes.
What if I have to cancel?
ALL payments are final. However, if it's necessary to cancel your reservation, payments are good for
1 year fromtime of booking if we receive your cancellation 4 day prior to your event.
We will not be able to set up our equipment inrain, snow, high winds or muddy conditions. In the event of inclement weather, please contact us 3 hours prior to your event to cancel. Once the equipment is set up, the full amount of the rental becomes non-refundable even if the event is cut short.
Customer is fully responsible for the operation of the equipment once staff has set up. A safety briefing is given after set up. We require a signed waiver stating you have received and understand all operating and safety instructions. Accidents on equipment generally result from:
1) too many participants or mixing age groups on a unit
2) flips and roughhousing,
3) unit not keptsecured.
Attendants should monitor number and age of participants and ensure they're following rules and actingresponsibility. Inflatable stake/anchor weights should also be checked periodically to ensure they are in place
What kind of electrical power is needed?
Standard 120v household outlet. We supply a 100 ft power cord. We alsosetup our equipment at parks and other outdoor locations. If no electrical outlet is present a generator can be rented from us for an additional $75 per day.
What type of surface can the inflatable be placed on?
Preferably a leveled grassy area. However, we can set up on any leveled surface such as concrete, asphalt, dirt and even indoor gymnasiums. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on so we can provide the appropriate anchors for your event.
How much setup room is needed?
We suggest a 20'x20' area for most of our inflatables. The area should be cleared of debris and located away from overhead power lines and trees.
It's the customer's responsibility to measure thespace, if equipment doesn't fit, the job is canceled and the deposit is forfeited.
